How fast can I expect my delivery?

All our products are carefully packed and dispatched, reaching you within 48 working hours.

Are there any delivery charges?
  • Enjoy free delivery for orders above 200 QAR.
  • A 15 QAR delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.
What are your delivery times?
  • Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next working day.
Where does Kiddo deliver?

We currently deliver across Qatar, ensuring prompt service nationwide.

What is your exchange and refund policy?
  • You can return your products within 7 days if unopened and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Delivery and assembly costs are non-refundable if you request to return already-delivered goods.
  • If the returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return.
